Bespo Intern Training

Bespo built its foundation on word-of-mouth marketing and continues to develop a diverse range of communication services based on consumer word-of-mouth. Bespo’s interns will receive training in the fundamentals of word-of-mouth marketing and gain hands-on experience to understand what matters to consumers and how to influence their decisions through public opinion monitoring and consumer insight analysis.

Foundational Skills Assessment

Month 1
Criteria
• Basic understanding of word-of-mouth marketing
• Familiarity with essential tools and foundational knowledge

Writing Proficiency Assessment

Month 3
Criteria
• Competence in copywriting
• Ability to independently complete writing tasks
Results
• Hourly rate adjusted to 200/hr
• Reassessment available after one month if not passed

Forum Management Assessment

Month 6
Criteria
• Ability to work independently
• Competence in managing forum presence for assigned brands
Results
• Hourly wage adjustment to 220/hr
• Eligible to receive company profit-sharing
• Reassessment available after one month if not passed

Comprehensive Skills Assessment

6 months in office
Criteria
• Evaluation based on project load and overall performance
• Comprehensive review of all acquired skills
Results
• Eligible for full-time conversion
• Full employee benefits

Intern Experience

In just over a month, this internship has deepened my understanding of word-of-mouth marketing and expanded my perspective on public relations beyond the classroom. At Bespo, I had the chance to be hands-on with real campaigns and contribute creative ideas. The supervisors and colleagues were incredibly kind, supportive, and always willing to teach. I'm grateful for such a fulfilling experience in such a short time, taking part in strategic proposals across various industries, writing press releases, and crafting SEO articles. I'm truly thankful for the opportunity to intern at Bespo, and I believe the experience I've gained here will be invaluable to my future career in PR.
