WWTSA (World Taiwanese Student Association) Summer Gala

350 students and alumni, 40 student associations and alumni groups gathered in one place, a multinational event across 7 countries.

Bespo Marketing supported the World Taiwanese Student Association (WWTSA) in transforming online community energy into offline influence, creating a student gala that combined cultural exchange, networking, and brand value. This was not only an event, it was an important moment for reconnecting the global Taiwanese student community.。

Marketing

We took over an Instagram page that had been inactive for two and a half years. Within just one month, through social content planning and segmented audience communication, we successfully achieved:

  • Nearly 200,000 views, with 61% coming from non-followers, effectively breaking out of the bubble
  • 15,000 account reach, which directly converted into ticket sales and event attendance
  • reviving a inactive community and turned it into a major driver of ticket sales

Event Execution

This was not just hosting a party, it was designing a warm and meaningful brand experience:

  • Experience design: from reception to dance floor, we created a full immersive flow that boosted engagement and memorable moments
  • Brand exposure: sponsor brands were integrated naturally into the environment and interactions, rather than shown only as logos
  • Social impact: facilitated cross country interactions among 40 student and alumni associations, with post event collaborations emerging from the gathering

In the end, the gala not only strengthened brand visibility, it also gave participants an experience of being seen and being connected.
